To sign up, simply create an account. After registration, you’ll receive an activation email. Click the link in that email to activate your account.
Important: You must activate your account before you can log in or access your rewards.
Already have an account? Then you’re automatically enrolled—just log in to start using your rewards.

You’ll earn points for purchases and other eligible activities, such as referrals and birthday rewards. Points can be redeemed for discounts and special offers. The more you engage, the more benefits you unlock.
100 points = €1
There is no limit to how many points you can earn
As your spending increases, you’ll move up to higher VIP tiers, which come with added benefits:
Silver Tier: Earned after spending €100
Gold Tier: Earned after spending €200
Each tier includes all the benefits of the previous one.

Celebrate your birthday with us and receive 1,000 points as a gift.
To qualify:
Add your birthday to your rewards account at least 30 days in advance
If your birthday falls within 30 days of sign-up, your reward will be issued 30 days after registration (first year only)
If your birthday has already passed this year, your reward will be issued on your next birthday
Birthday rewards are based on your current VIP tier.

Visit your Rewards Page to log in and view your point balance, available rewards, VIP status, and full rewards history.

Yes. Once your account is created and activated, points from previous purchases (made using the same email address) will be added automatically.

Go to the Rewards Page, choose your reward, and click “Redeem” to apply your points.

Yes. Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned. Be sure to use them before they expire.

If you return an order where points were used for a discount, we will refund the amount you paid (after the discount), and the used points will be credited back to your rewards account.
Any points earned from that order—or VIP tier progress—will be adjusted accordingly.

When you refer a friend, you earn points after they complete their first purchase—provided they are a first-time customer and use your unique referral link or the referral box at checkout.
You’ll be notified by email once the referral is successful, and you can track it in the Rewards History section of your account.
