Points Validity
Points expire 365 days after you earn them, so make the most of them! There's no limit to how many points you can earn, so keep shopping and building your rewards balance.

If you've registered with different email addresses and want to combine your accounts and rewards, reach out to our customer service team via the Help button on the homepage. We're happy to merge them for you.
Returns & Rewards
If you use points to get a discount and later decide to return the purchase, your points are fully refunded to your account. We want you to love every product, risk-free.
Your Birthday Deserves a Celebration
We want to thank you for being part of our community. Add your birthday to your rewards profile and we'll send you a special discount code on your special day—valid for 30 days to give you time to celebrate.
Just remember to register your birthday at least 30 days before it arrives to receive your first year's bonus. After that, it's automatic every year.
