Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from 26 November at 10:00 AM CET until 27 November at 10:00 AM CET, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first. Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.
1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotional offer is valid only on orders with a minimum order value of €60 (after discounts and before shipping fees).
1.2 The promotion is available exclusively to consumers purchasing for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Promotion Availability & Modifications
2.1 The promotion remains active only during the Promotion Period and while supplies last.
2.2 We may modify, suspend, or end the promotion at any time during the period, without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already concluded.
3. Offer Details & Exclusions
3.1 Eligible orders receive a €15 promotional gift card.
3.2 This promotion cannot be combined with select Black Friday offers or other discount codes unless explicitly stated.
3.3 The €15 gift card:
Cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.
Will be cancelled if the qualifying order is cancelled or returned.
3.4 Discounts apply only to selected items indicated on the website.
3.5 Additional exclusions may apply and will be communicated on product or promotion pages.
4. Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns
4.1 Cancelling the qualifying order will automatically void the €15 gift card.

4.3 In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
4.4 If items are returned and the remaining order value falls below €60, we may:
Cancel the €15 gift card, and/or
Adjust the refund to account for used promotional benefits.
4.5 Cosmetic items can only be returned unopened and unused, unless covered under our satisfaction guarantee.
4.6 Promotional gifts, including the €15 gift card, are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or cash equivalents.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 All prices and promotions may change before an order is placed.
5.2 The final price is the one displayed at checkout after applying valid promotions.
6. Errors & Misprints
6.1 We reserve the right to correct pricing or display errors and will notify customers if such corrections affect their order.
7. Fraud & Abuse
7.1 We may cancel orders or promotional benefits if fraudulent activity, misuse, or bulk/automated ordering is detected.
8. Consumer Rights
8.1 These Terms do not restrict your mandatory rights under EU consumer law.
8.2 In case of conflict, mandatory consumer rights prevail.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
9.2 Consumers may always bring disputes to the competent court in their EU country of residence, in accordance with EU legislation.
