Meroda Cosmetics One-Time Resend Policy

At Meroda Cosmetics, we aim to ensure your order reaches you successfully.

However, if a package is returned due to non-pickup or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, please review our One-Time Resend Policy below.

Carrier Delivery Process

All carriers attempt to deliver your package at least once. After this attempt, different carriers follow different procedures:

  • Some will reattempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • Others will hold the package at a collection point or delivery office for 7 to 10 days before returning it to our warehouse.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment, manage the delivery via the carrier’s website/app, or pick up the package from the designated location within the stated timeframe.


One-Time Resend Policy

If your package is returned to Meroda Cosmetics due to non-pickup or unavailability during delivery, we will arrange one additional resend upon request through our Help Button.

After this one-time resend, if the package is again not received or picked up, no further free resends will be offered.

Customer Responsibility

To ensure successful delivery:
Be available during delivery times or arrange for someone to receive it.
Check tracking updates and communicate with the carrier if needed.
Pick up your package from the collection point within the given time if required.
Provide accurate address details when placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered when placing the order, Meroda Cosmetics will not be responsible for additional resending costs.


What Happens If Your Order is Returned?

📦 First AttemptWe will resend your order one time for free upon request.
📦 Second Attempt – If the package is returned again, you can request a resend at your expense (covering the shipping costs).

💳 Refund Option – If you no longer want the order, we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost.


Exclusions & Exceptions

This policy does not apply if the delivery issue is due to an error by Meroda Cosmetics or the courier service. In such cases, we will cover the necessary costs to ensure your package reaches you successfully.
