Important: Your Account Must Be Registered and Activated
If you’ve placed an order in the past but never created an account, you won’t be able to reset a password until you first register and activate your account.
Here’s how:
Go to the Login page.
Use the same email address you used at checkout.
Complete the form and click "Create."
You’ll receive an activation email—click the link to activate your account.
After activation, your previous orders will automatically appear in your account, and you’ll be able to use the "Forgot your password?" option in the future if needed.
Step 1: Go to the Meroda Cosmetics Homepage
Visit the Meroda Cosmetics homepage for your region and click the "Login" link at the top-right corner.
Step 2: Click “Forgot your password?”
On the login page, below the password field, click the link that says “Forgot your password?”
Step 3: Enter Your Email Address
You’ll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Meroda Cosmetics account.
Click “Submit”.
Step 4: Check Your Inbox
You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or junk folders as well.
Step 5: Create a New Password
Click the link in the email to open the password reset page.
Enter your new password and confirm it. Choose something secure that you haven’t used before.
Step 6: Log In With Your New Password
Once your password is successfully updated, return to the login page and sign in using your email address and new password.
