✔ A tracking link to monitor your package in real-time
How to Use It:
Click the Track & Trace link in the email to follow your order’s journey.
If the link doesn’t work, go to the carrier’s website and manually enter your tracking number to check the latest updates.
How to Identify Your Carrier:
The carrier's name is usually mentioned in the shipping confirmation email next to your tracking number.
The first few characters of your tracking number may also indicate which carrier is handling your package.
Option 2: Track Your Order in Your Meroda Account
If you can’t find your shipping confirmation email or want to check your order history, you can track your order directly from your Meroda account.
Follow These Steps:
Log in to your Meroda account on our website.
Click on "My Orders" to view your order history.
Find the order you want to track and click on "Order Details."
Locate your tracking number and carrier details, then click the tracking link to see real-time updates.
What If You Don’t See Tracking Updates?
If your tracking status hasn’t updated in 48 hours, the carrier might be experiencing delays.
Some updates only appear once the package is scanned at a new location.
If there are no updates for an extended period, contact our support team so we can assist you. If a shipment cannot be updated or fails to deliver, you may request a replacement. Confirm your shipping details to avoid delivery errors.
Replacement Order Process
When your original order cannot be delivered or is incorrect, the replacement process is as follows:
Confirming the Replacement: After confirming your preference to receive a replacement, the order will be created.
Tracking Updates: Once the replacement ships, you’ll receive tracking details in your email inbox. This allows you to monitor the shipping progress.
Delivery Timeline: Replacement orders are typically dispatched promptly following confirmation. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates. If you need a replacement due to a failed delivery, inform us, and we’ll arrange for the order to be resent. Always confirm your shipping details to avoid delays.
Address Updates and Corrections
Confirm Address During Replacement: Providing an accurate address is essential. Confirm your full address during the replacement confirmation process.
Updating an Incorrect Address: If you notice that a replacement order has been processed with the wrong address, contact our support team immediately to update the details. This ensures your package is rerouted to the correct location. Proactively managing address details reduces delivery mishaps.

To ensure timely delivery, please place your order before the following cut-off times:
Netherlands: 23:59 CET for next-day delivery.
Rest of Europe: 22:30 CET for processing.
International Orders (outside Europe): 18:00 CET for same-day processing.
