Due to recent changes in the import tariffs, we were recently unable to ship to the US. However, we now have fantastic news! We are shipping again to the US and we have not changed our prices!
Some of our shipping methods may attract 30% import duties. We are not seeing this will all of the shipment to the US, so we just wanted to warn you that your order may get stopped and you may be contacted to pay the customs charge to release the order (30% of total value of your order and shipping).
However, if that is the case, kindly obtain and keep the receipt for the customs charge and contact us through customer support on the Help button attaching your receipt as proof of payment (it must be an invoice and not a request to pay). Then we will immediately refund you that charge.
In order to avoid all custom charges, you can opt to pay for the FedEx Priority service that will get the order to you mega fast and any customs charges will go directly to our account and we will settle them on your behalf.
We appreciate your patience during the global trade discussions and are just pleased that we can indeed ship our quality products to the US again.
How to Avoid Customs Charges
If you want to avoid any potential customs charges, we recommend opting for our FedEx Priority service. This service will ensure that your order arrives to you quickly and any customs charges will be paid directly by us on your behalf.
What to Do If You Are Charged Customs Fees
If you are charged customs fees for your order, please obtain and keep the receipt for the customs charge. Then, contact us through customer support on the Help button and attach your receipt as proof of payment. We will immediately refund you for the charge.
Please note that the receipt must be an invoice and not a request to pay.
