    Please do not throw away the shipping box, inner packaging, or the shipping label. We often need this information to open an investigation with the courier. Without it, we may not be able to offer a full resolution.

  3. Take Clear Photos
    When contacting us, please include:

    • A photo showing the contents of the package

    • Photos of any damage to the packaging or items

  4. Include the Following Details
