My parcel is being returned to sender — what happens next?

If your tracking information shows that your parcel is being returned to Meroda, contact us through chat or email. We’ll review the tracking and help you arrange the next steps.

You can contact us as soon as the tracking shows a return to sender. You do not need to wait for the parcel to reach our warehouse before asking for a resend.

Why is my parcel being returned?

Common reasons include:

  • An incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

  • A parcel not collected before the collection deadline.

  • Delivery being refused.

  • The carrier being unable to complete delivery.

  • Unpaid import charges.

We’ll check the tracking information to understand what happened.

Can you resend my order?

An order returned to sender can be resent once. We’ll review the return status in the tracking information to arrange this.

Please send us your order number and confirm your complete delivery address, including your house number, apartment number where applicable, postcode and country. Also confirm your email address and phone number.

After the resend, monitor your tracking and any carrier notifications so you do not miss a delivery or collection deadline.

How do I request a resend or refund?

Contact us through chat or email with your order number and tell us which option you prefer.

If you receive a returned-to-sender email from us, please reply within seven days so we can help you promptly.

A return shown in tracking does not automatically trigger a resend or refund. We need to hear from you before arranging either option. If you have not contacted us yet, please get in touch so we can review your order.

What if the resent parcel is returned again?

We will not resend the order a second time. Please contact us to arrange a refund.

Will shipping costs be refunded?

The original shipping cost may be excluded if the parcel was returned because of an incorrect address, non-collection, refusal of delivery or unpaid import charges.

If the return resulted from an error for which Meroda is responsible, we will not deduct the original shipping cost. If you believe the carrier made an error, let us know so we can investigate before confirming the refund.

Any refund will be issued to the original payment method. We’ll confirm the amount and explain the next steps when reviewing your request.
