If you’ve paid with Klarna and your order is refunded, here’s what happens:
No actions are needed from your side as Klarna automatically handles the entire refund process.
Once we issue the refund, Klarna will automatically update your account.
Any upcoming payments will be paused, adjusted, or canceled.
If you’ve already paid, Klarna will refund the amount back to your original payment method.- You do not need to pay your Klarna invoice before receiving your refund; Klarna manages this automatically.
To track the status of your refund, you can log into your Klarna account or use the Klarna app for real-time updates.- Note that after a refund is processed, your Klarna account balance may still temporarily show as outstanding due to system refresh delays. This is a normal part of the process and will usually resolve automatically.
Klarna will notify you by email as soon as the refund is processed.
Additionally, you can monitor the progress of your refund through the Klarna app or by logging into your Klarna account to ensure transparency throughout the process.
Please allow up to 10 business days for Klarna to update your account fully. Refund timing is also subject to short processing delays due to synchronization updates in Klarna's systems. If you don’t see the refund after 10 business days, you can contact Klarna directly for an update.
Klarna processes refunds automatically once issued by Meroda Cosmetics, ensuring minimal delays on their end.
