Why am I receiving multiple shipping confirmation emails?
Shopify, the platform we use to manage orders, is experiencing a system issue that is causing duplicate shipping notifications to be sent out by mistake.
Did my order really ship multiple times?
No — only one package has shipped. The extra emails are duplicates of the same update.
Was I charged more than once?
No. Your payment was processed only one time. The duplicate emails do not mean additional charges or orders.
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required. You can safely ignore the repeated messages.
Is my order still on the way?
Yes! Your order status has not changed. The emails are the only thing being duplicated.
Can you stop the emails?
We’re monitoring the issue closely, but while Shopify’s system is experiencing problems, we cannot stop the automated emails. They will stop once Shopify resolves it.
